COLLEGE REPORTING NOTICE

Attention JEE Main/OJEE/SCTEVT Allotted Candidates

All the Candidates those who have taken admission in B.Tech (Regular/LE)/ Diploma (Regular/LE)/MBA in our institute through OJEE/SCTE&VT Counseling process are required to Report our institute on or before 10^th Dec 2020 with the following documents in original along with one set of Xerox Copy. Also they are required to bring 4 recent passport size colour Photographs mentioning the name of the candidate at the back side with branch and Program.

1. Aadhar card
2. 10^th/12^th/Diploma/Graduation Marks sheet and Passing Certificates
3. SLC/CLC
4. Migration and Conduct
5. Residency Certificate
6. Caste Certificate
7. DD amounting 20,000 rupees in favour of Bhubaneswar Engineering College payable at Bhubaneswar towards Part tuition fee and 20,000 rupees in favour of BEC Residency payable at Bhubaneswar towards part hostel fee those who want to stay at hostel. Those students who do not want to stay at hostel and they are day scholars and also want to avail transport facility in Bhubaneswar Region must bring a DD amounting 12000 rupees in favour of BEC Rider payable at Bhubaneswar towards transport fee.

Note:

1. The candidates who wish to join the college through spot counseling may report the college with additional OJEE registration and counseling fee amounting 10450 rupees in cash for general/OBC candidate or 5450 rupees in cash for SC/ST candidates.
2. All the candidates must obey the Covid-19 guide line prescribed by Odisha Govt., Social distancing, use of Mask and Sanitizer while in the campus for Reporting. After the Reporting the Hostelites must return home on the same day of reporting.
